 Anti-Copy & IP Protection Clauses

Intellectual Property

All content, product designs, industrial drawings, molds, models, logos, photos, text descriptions, technical documents, prototypes, 3D models, graphics and all related materials are the sole and exclusive property of Bollard Canada Inc.

These assets are protected under Canadian and international laws relating to:

* intellectual property

*copyright

*industrial design

*patents (registered or pending)

*trade secrets & manufacturing processes

*trademarks (registered or unregistered)

No part may be copied, reproduced, modified, sold, distributed, or exploited in any format without prior written consent from Bollard Canada Inc.

Reproduction Ban

It is strictly prohibited to:

*Reproduce, copy or mimic any of our products or bollard covers,

*mold, clone, fabricate or derive products from our existing molds,

*create competing products based on our designs,

*use our molds, tooling, jigs, measurements or fabrication methods,

*use our photos, technical drawings or trademarks to manufacture through third parties.

Violation may result in:

*Immediate service termination

*Product takedown / removal requests

*Legal proceedings & financial compensation claims

Molds, Tooling & Prototypes

All tooling, molds, jigs and manufacturing equipment created or used by Bollard Canada Inc. remain our exclusive property, even if development was paid or co-financed by a client.

No rights of reproduction, manufacturing, licensing or distribution are granted unless expressly stated in a signed written agreement.

Liability & Damages

Any unauthorized use, reproduction, imitation or distribution may result in:

*Legal action

*Seizure and removal of copied products

*Compensation & damages (minimum claim may start at $25,000 CAD per violation if contractually applicable)

*Loss of revenue, legal and administrative fees charged to the offender
